Our client, a leading provider in the technology sector, is seeking an Onsite Printer Administrator to join their team. As an Onsite Printer Administrator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various customer sites. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, results orientation, and learning agility which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Onsite Printer Administrator
**Location:** Cincinnati, OH
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems using established protocols.
+ Conduct routine installations and configurations while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
+ Assist end users with device functionality and ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites.
+ Perform limited break-fix services for HP devices in the fleet and track usage/activities at customer sites.
+ Respond to common service inquiries, addressing problems promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
+ 4-7 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance or a related field.
+ Experience with Ysoft administration and technical support.
+ Proficiency in IT Service Management and change management processes.
+ Strong skills in data analysis and business process improvement.
