Onsite Operations Manager
**Operations Manager** We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Management Team across all shifts at a client site. This Operations Manager role involves overseeing the Manpower Contingent Workers (CWs) and collaborating closely with another Manpower Operations Manager. Pay Rate: $26/hr **Desired Qualities** • Excellent Communication Skills • Strong Organizational Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite • Adaptability and Flexibility to accommodate additional job responsibilities • Effective Time Management **Key Responsibilities** • Conducting attendance checks for each shift and sending Daily Focus emails to modules • Maintaining open communication and addressing questions from CWs • Tracking CallOuts and updating the Point Tracker • Reviewing and processing Time Off Requests • Managing performance and coaching CWs • Participating in GB or BB meetings as required • Supporting onboarding processes and maintaining Infinity tracking • Approving Timecards **Employment Details** This position begins as an hourly role with the potential to transition to a salaried position after approximately three months. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Site Manager and will receive support from the broader onsite team.
