Job Title: Onsite Courier/Print Finishing Associate Location: Oklahoma City, OK Job Type: Hourly Consultant Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, M-F Pay: $17/hr To $20/hr Based on Experience *lifting stooping bending. delivery of print jobs within building or hospital. will assist with some small device moves. Essential Functions: Primary responsibility is delivery of print jobs (approximately 89% of daily activities) Possess skills and competencies for intermediate-level document assembly and finishing Perform defined and routine tasks and activities Lift up to 75 pounds as needed Serve as point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs Operate finishing equipment: paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers Operate office/production equipment: printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database Track and coordinate office equipment asset changes at customer sites Clean and maintain office equipment Process and distribute incoming/outgoing faxes; log for billing Process basic forms and update data using a PC Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product Collect and submit meter reads Maintain and distribute appropriate inventory of supplies Troubleshoot issues to meet production and delivery deadlines Perform quality checks throughout production runs Scan and sort hardcopy materials for print or digital format Respond to print/copy issues via service contact applications Operate high-volume printers and copiers Estimate, schedule, and track production jobs Store jobs per customer requirements, including backups Inspect files for issues (e.g., fonts, resolution, image alignment) Index and store digital materials on CD-ROM, disk, or tape Integrate variable data into templates for printing Convert files using standard software tools Perform routine maintenance on equipment Maintain reporting logs and billing records Provide basic training to end-users on equipment usage May develop work processes or templates May operate high-volume folding/inserting mail equipment Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions (keyboard, mouse, file navigation) Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Create and format spreadsheets, apply formulas, sort/filter data Create graphs, import/export data, embed and link files Able to locate and use network devices (drives, printers, files) Comfortable using Internet Explorer and sending documents to networked printers Competent in email usage, file management, and data entry Strong business maturity and professional conduct Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages) For first responder roles: PC-to-printer connectivity and configuration experience Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service environment Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent Required: Post-high school technology training or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
