We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator/ Recruiter to join our growing team at Manpower. Our mission is to delivery exceptional talent solutions to support our clients success through a strategic approach. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others, assisting with Human Resource tasks, has attention to detail, Recruiting background and is looking for a role that is different every day. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with 40 hours per week!

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing top talent. Source, Recruit and place qualified talent to meet client workforce needs.  Achieve performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative and remaining agile in this fast-paced industry Monitor attendance and performance, coaching associates to resolve problems and recognize good performance  Engage current talent during training to upgrade their skills for their assignments  Qualifications Experience in a client facing role or customer service role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  High level of empathy and patience when dealing with clients and associates  High School diploma or GED
