Entry level position; responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventories. Handle all paperwork and follows all procedures to meet this goal. Verify all orders received and shipped and ensure that the orders are properly accounted for in the company’s records. Account for all defective or damaged products and follows with appropriate corrective action. Manage and reconcile all cycle counts.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Export Logistics Associate to join our team in Mölndal. In this full-time, permanent position, you'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and managing international shipments—ensuring our operations run smoothly and our products reach global destinations efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all inventories, ensuring seamless tracking of goods

Verify incoming and outgoing orders and reconcile with company systems

Identify and report defective/damaged products, initiate corrective actions

Manage and reconcile cycle counts and stock checks (internal and vendor-side)

Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and export teams to streamline shipments

Prepare export documentation (e.g., packing lists, invoices, customs declarations)

Coordinate freight bookings and international shipping schedules with carriers

Track and report delays, customs issues, and delivery discrepancies

Support ERP and QSS system integrity and resolve data mismatches

Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

3–5 years experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics

Exposure to export logistics and international shipping regulations a plus

Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and data analytics

Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)

Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.

Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
