About the position:

We are current seeking an Online Sales Concierge (OSC) for our growing Birmingham/Tuscaloosa division Our OSCs specialize in converting internet leads into on-site traffic and sales. The person in this role works closely with our Sales Agents and is responsible for distributing leads in a consistent and fair manner.

Our ideal candidate is patient, understands the art of sales and negotiation, and is comfortable with social media as well as different technologies.

In order to support the needs of our customers and our Sales Agents, our OSC team rotates working weekends. The weeks that an OSC works a weekend, they receive two days off during the week in exchange.

We are currently seeking an Online Sales Concierge (OSC) for our growing Birmingham/Tuscaloosa division Our OSCs specialize in converting internet leads into on-site traffic and sales. Our ideal candidate is tech savvy, comfortable with social media, and understands the art of sales.

To meet the needs of both customers and sales agents, our OSC team works every other weekend. When they work a weekend, our OSCs have 2 days off during the week instead.

Essential Functions:

Manage all incoming internet leads from both the D.R. Horton website and any applicable outsourced company sites

Demonstrate knowledge of communities, products, plans, and all amenities to provide a positive experience for all potential customers through email, live chat, or phone calls

Utilize proper qualification methods to identify genuine leads and convert those leads into on-site appointments with Sales Agents to drive sales opportunities

Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through phone, email, and mailing campaigns; coordinate mass mailing lists and mailing materials to prospective clients

Enter and update customer information in the customer management database

Generate monthly sales and marketing reports as well as monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, sources, etc.

Attend Sales Meetings

Other duties as assigned

Candidates should be comfortable frequently communicating with customers and possess the ability to stand or walk for 4 hours, up to 8 hours as well as sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; traverse up or down stairs; move across unlevel terrains; use hands to handle or feel objects and reach; possess close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; as well as the ability to life and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly.
