As an Online Merchandiser you will drive the success of Philips MyShop by delivering impactful analyses and strategic merchandising initiatives that turn Philips employees into passionate Brand Ambassadors. **Your role:** **1. Operational Execution (50%)** + Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly operations of online trade activations across 7 European markets, including product activations and updates. + Coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaigns—from reviewing marketing content to launching landing pages and promotional assets. + Ensure accurate and timely publishing of campaign materials and product information. **2. Business & Performance Analysis (20%)** + Create and maintain campaign tracking sheets to monitor key performance metrics. + Analyze campaign and site performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. + Provide actionable recommendations for website enhancements and campaign optimizations to improve user experience and commercial results. **3. Cross-functional Communication (10%)** + Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for internal and external stakeholders including eCommerce, marketing, and product teams. + Ensure smooth coordination and effective communication across teams to align on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables. **4. Keeping Product Information Accurate and Attractive (20%)** + Know Philips and Philips-licensed products well. + Manage and improve details for over 1,700 products in 5 languages. + Make sure every product has clear descriptions, key selling points, and correct information. + Update product content regularly to help increase sales and customer interest. **You're the right fit if:** + You have a Bachelor/ Master degree in Marketing & e-commerce or relevant field or 3+ years of experience in the area. + You have good knowledge of MS Excel, you are data-driven and detailed oriented + You are commercially driven and used to working in a fast-paced environment + Your communication skills are excellent + Dutch (B2) and English language **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
