What you’ll be doing:

Picking and packing our new On-Demand proposition, where you'll be picking orders for Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and Chop Chop. This can be a fast paced role when demand is high - great for getting your steps in Helping to stack the shopping ready for delivery and then loading the vans when it's time to go. It's essential our vans depart at the correct time to ensure our customers get their shopping when they want it and to avoid any complaints as we strive for great customer satisfaction Bringing orders to our Click & Collect customers throughout the day - these are just as important as our Home Delivery customers If you're picking our Same Day proposition, you'll be using a handset that plans your route around the store, what you need to select and how long you have to complete each shop; picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered ready for it to be delivered to their doorsteps – or providing brilliant substitutions where products are out of stock Working behind the scenes dealing with customer queries, processing orders and carrying out the daily routines to help keep a clean and tidy workplace Always ready to serve our customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions, and proactively offering help   Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations  Working flexibly across the store as required
