Key Responsibilities:

The Online Acquisition & Engagement Specialist shall generate fresh new leads from various sponsorship and non-sponsorship campaigns, disaster relief drives, and other fundraising initiatives to nurture and develop into child sponsors or donors through various email marketing platforms in support of achieving the over-all targets of the Resource Development Team and making WVDF a highly trusted organization engaging the publics for transformation.

Leads generation campaign planning, implementation
Initiate and oversee leads generation campaigns and strategies and prepare email communications using effective creative approach to nurture them and make child sponsors out of them:

Ideation and planning of online leads generation activity.Leads generation – related activities such as coordination of landing pages, online ads, budget, etc. Continuous generation of fresh leads. All leads are properly reached out through email. Targets for sponsor acquisition are reached.Lead nurturing and conversion.

Content creation campaign execution and optimization for email marketing and SMS

Prepare and implement communication plan for Sponsorship and PNS campaigns which includes:

Communication plan and content strategy development.Creation of email content and SMS counterpart.Timely scheduling and sending of email series via HubSpot workflow.Email performance optimization via AB testing.

Audience Management and Segmentation

Extract leads from leads generation pages and pop-up pages, ensuring data cleaning activities are in place such as categorizing and filtering their email addresses, before uploading them in email marketing platforms.

List BuildingList Segmentation based on various activitiesData Management

Email performance tracking, optimization, and reporting

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, engagement metrics, and response rates.Generate regular reports detailing lead generation activities, progress, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any other related course with equivalent experience in digital marketing, specializing in email marketingAt least 2-year experience in lifecycle email marketing, leads generation, and workflow automationKnowledge and skill in creative content writingKnowledge in various leads generation strategies and proven experience increasing email databaseProficient in using email marketing / CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, and the likeKnowledge and skill in email marketing segmentation and developing automated workflows based on agreed customer journey map
