**onePSS Mgmt System Spec**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, onePSS Management System Specialist, are to:
+ Support and enable onePSS tools and technologies across CS-Product Supply Globally;
+ Develop methods to assess and monitor performance or efficiency attributes of global production systems (focus on lean manufacturing, focus improvement, and other lean tools);
+ Collaborate and coordinate onePSS communities across regions and businesses and enable best practice exchange and learning across regions and functions;
+ Drive the onePSS training and onePSS Hub platform to build production system capabilities across CS PS;
+ Support an ambitious and competitive onePSS network of teams and provide guidance to the onePSS community;
+ Support the regional and site teams to achieve the identified improvements and ensure outcomes remain within global standards and governance;
+ On demand, participate in on-site onePSS workshops, assessments, and any other capacity to build capabilities and competencies in lean and structured problem solving;
+ On demand plan, coordinate and support the execution of defined projects of the OE program within CS PS.
**WHO YOU ARE**
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree, in any capacity that brings connectivity to our business (Engineering, Chemistry, Agronomy, Data Analytics, or related degree) and experiences in Manufacturing;
+ Some data and analytical skills and fluid use of analytical tools;
+ Proven record of successfully driving global projects in Manufacturing Excellence;
+ Preferential leadership style in VACC, capable of influencing and collaborating across global and regional teams;
+ Demonstrated work history of structured problem solving;
+ High motivation, business drive and understanding; strategic, innovative, and creative out-of-the-box thinking, implementation driven emotional intelligence, influencing skills and capability of driving common intent in cross functional teams;
+ Strong communication skills: capable of standing up for your ideas and ability to build a compelling business case;
+ Lean Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Required Qualifications:
+ More than 5 years operational manufacturing or broader PS experience, Project Management mt and Project Ownership experiences.

Domestic relocation may be offered for this role.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $106,042.40 to $159,063.60. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
