Work you’ll do
As part of the office Operations Team, the One Team Associate will wear multiple hats, providing daily office and facility services to a varied group of professionals in a large corporate environment. This role requires a customer-centric, proactive, positive, and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team-oriented support model.
As a One Team Associate at Deloitte your responsibilities will include:
Serves as a customer interface quickly assisting with requests which may include facilities issues, standard office security procedures and security badging, office moves, housekeeping issues, meeting/workspace needs, and other office servicesSupports office services and related tasks which primarily include support of customer/visitor reception desks and phones, processing of mail/packages, ordering and stocking of office supplies, and triaging general customer questions and needsEnsures working knowledge of office space, department service offerings, key office daily meeting and events, leadership and significant groups, local amenities, external vendors, building and Deloitte protocol and proceduresFosters and builds positive relationships with team and customers, displays critical thinking skills, and communicates effective and proactive both verbally and in writingCross-trains in other department service areas to provide backup support as neededPerforms other tasks and special projects as required or as assigned by the management teamThe Team
At Deloitte, the internal operations team provides a full-range of business and hospitality services. We help our Deloitte professionals with daily office support needs and an array of other services related to office operations and facility management. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric “experience” for our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 2-3 years of related office support or hospitality experience in a corporate, hospitality, service-oriented or customer-centric environmentMinimum high-school diploma requiredStrong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work on-site in multiple DFW metroplex locationsAbility to work occasional overtimeAbility to lift up to 35 poundsLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:
