 Primarily responsible for network OPEX cost analysis
 Analyze the actual cost Vs budget cost and doing yearly budget planning for Network.
 Accurate data information sharing with Circle Finance for Provisioning and OPEX calculations on monthly basis.
 Collect OPEX details every quarterly from all the function for fund upload with proper justification.
 Doing regular meetings with all function for valuable and innovative ideas on cost saving front to achieve budgeted
vs actual cost and for cost saving of Network OPEX.
 Pilot projects and sharing of learning across other circles.
 IP energy billing validation as per actual at site, IP energy bill payment & dispute resolution within timeline.
 Energy related data analysis as per corporate guideline and ensure data accuracy while submitting the required
details to corporate team.
 Site wise energy consumption per month validation done and identify the sites where energy consumption
increasing abruptly and corrected the same in field by visiting sites with IPs.
 Responsible for RNA tracking and outage analysis for betterment of the Network.
 Active and passive outage validation & signoff for all technology.
 Lock sites tracking by meeting with IPs and follow up for lock sites restoration/relocations/Material recovery.
 Technology HSW monthly dashboard uploading and complaining cell sites operation related parameters.
 Service affecting alarms reduction tracking for cell sites.
 Site hygiene related issues tracking and close the same by chasing the responsible.
 Governace with TOCO and OEM for RNA Improvement
