**Position Highlights**
**Abben Cancer Center provides comprehensive cancer treatment, including medical oncology, radiation oncology and surgical services. Our professional team works to meet our patients' health and wellness needs through social services, nutrition counseling, financial consultation, availability of certified breast health navigators, and other educational and support services.**
**Summary:**
+ Assumes the responsibility for the provision of care and medical management of patients at the Abben Cancer Center under the direction and supervision of a physician
+ Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and collaborating with the physician
**Requirements:**
+ Graduate of a CCNE or ACNE accredited school of nursing; graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required
+ Master’s or doctorate degree required
+ Currently certified or eligible for earning an oncology certification within 1 year of hire
+ Active NP or PA license in the State of Iowa is required
+ Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa and/or meeting the requirements of a Multi-state licensure required
+ Eligible for Federal DEA registration is required for Iowa
**Schedule:**
+ **80 hrs/pp salaried exempt**
+ 7a-5:30p
+ Mon-Fri (working 4 days per week)
