Oncology Marketing Intern

Job Description

Role Summary:


As an Oncology Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in executing strategic and tactical initiatives across the oncology portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience in campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, marketing material development, and data-driven marketing execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that address unmet medical needs in oncology.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Campaign Support

Assist in planning and tracking oncology marketing campaigns (e.g., Prolong DOT, WTO).

Support the development of campaign materials and digital assets.

Help coordinate internal reviews and approvals.

Event & Activation Coordination

Support the execution of marketing events, symposia, and sponsorships.

Track planned vs. executed events and gather post-event feedback.

Assist in stakeholder engagement activities (e.g., HCPs, associations).

Marketing Materials Development

Help create and localize marketing materials (e.g., brochures, digital content).

Coordinate with design and medical teams for content accuracy and compliance.

Monitor usage and effectiveness of materials (e.g., open rates, utilization).

Data & Digital Enablement

Collaborate with the team to analyze campaign performance using digital tools.

Support training initiatives for sales teams on digital marketing tools (e.g., approved email, CLM).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, medical, compliance) to ensure alignment.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

Final year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Strong interest in healthcare, oncology, and pharmaceutical marketing.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
