Oncology Korea Marketing Lead

Role Summary

Lead the Oncology Korea marketing team to ensure high standard of professional marketing and develop organizational capabilities to be effective in strategic/financial planning and execution for in-line/ new products to achieve aspirational goals of Oncology TA. This position reports directly to the Oncology TA Lead.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Planning: Lead Oncology OP, BP and LRF to drive sustainable growth in revenue with optimal resource/capital allocation Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for all oncology in-line portfolio(including Ibrance, Lorviqua, Elrexfio, and other in-line assets) and pipelines Market access strategy development: External environment shaping, Innovate and sustainable access modeling, pricing strategy development  and engage ICO/Global commercial/GAV/medical colleagues on board New product planning: Lead strategic launch of new products with local data generation, stakeholder mapping and engagements, commercial strategic plans and ICO/Global cross functional team engagement    Performance Management: Set up measurable outcomes and tracking KPI, working with sales and cross functional teams to deliver financial commitment aligned Organizational development: Actively encourage marketing teams to participate in the best- in-class marketer program and explore creative ways of thinking, working and collaborating. Lead positive cultural environment for colleagues to stay motivated External Relationships: Manage a range of relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies and relevant government stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

7yr+ sales/marketing experiences in pharmaceutical industry Oncology experience highly recommended Portfolio management experience New product development/launch experience Strong strategic/analytic capability High level of competencies in communicating with senior management Proven leadership in engaging cross-functional and cross-TA stakeholders
