The Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for supervising the onboarding process and ensuring that departmental processes are complied with and executed in a timely manner. This position will also provide support for problem resolution.

· Work with Onboarding Manager to identify and implement process improvements
· Collaborate with team and other employees to problem solve, implement best practices and accomplish goals
· Utilize technology to drive a more efficient business process
· Execute on and improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales, recruiting and back office operations through the management, oversight, ongoing analysis, and enhancement of process flows, inputs and systems.
· Lead, coordinate, and/or participate in projects/process improvement initiatives as assigned.
· Provide expert guidance on tools and processes related to sales, recruiting, and back office operations.
· Act as a representative for clients and candidates, ensuring that the client and candidate experience creates confidence and drives loyalty.
· Seek opportunities to collaborate across all lines of ManpowerGroup business to continue to improve processes and procedures.

· Map Client/ManpowerGroup Documents
· Manage and resolve escalated Onboarding SNOW tickets
· Partner with colleagues for process improvement projects
· Day to day resolution of topics regarding onboarding process
· Lead/facilitate task components of project/initiatives, as required
· Collaborate with Onboarding Vendors for enhancements/technical issues
