Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: On site Tulsa, OK
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Specialist to support our client's HR team. In this role, you would be responsible for managing all aspects of onboarding for new hires across multiple states, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the entire onboarding process for new hires in various states (offer letter, onboarding, I9, E-Verify, Compliance, etc.)
Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents
Review and verify I-9 forms and ensure E-Verify compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
Communicate professionally with new hires and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Stay up to date on employment laws and onboarding requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR, talent acquisition, or onboarding support
Strong understanding of I-9 forms, E-Verify, and compliance best practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (preferred)
