About The Role:
This role offers the opportunity to have a positive impact on the success of our sales professionals. You will be primarily focused on facilitating top of funnel sales training for new college graduates and early career professionals. You'll work with experienced facilitators and facilitation managers to progressively learn more advanced content and develop your facilitation skills. This role works with new hires and helps them develop the competency and confidence to engage new and existing customers using proven Oracle sales methodology. With your guidance, SDR will be prepared to consistently deliver quality pipeline and execute OneOracle go to market strategy upon completion of the onboarding program.
Revenue Operations is performance driven, and processes are in place to help you ramp up and succeed in this role. We have a tailored onboarding program that equips you with the knowledge and skills to deliver assigned courses with confidence and competence within the first 90 days on the job. Throughout your tenure, we will continue to invest in you and develop the breadth of your training expertise. Success in the role is measured by your ability to master new content, maintain high learner satisfaction scores, and contribute to the overall success of Oracle.
This is a Burlington, MA hub-based role and will require you to be in the office 5 days a week. Travel to other hubs may be required based on cohort size and coverage needs.
