Hunton Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Coordinator & Refrigerant Admin to support both refrigerant management and technician onboarding efforts. This critical role ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations while also facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new field technicians. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, service-minded, and passionate about operational excellence and technician readiness. Key Responsibilities: Refrigerant & Compliance Management: + Track and reconcile refrigerant inventory across shop and truck stock. + Maintain and update purchasing logs using Asset Panda and SharePoint. + Monitor refrigerant tracking in WennSoft and follow up on discrepancies. + Coordinate and track EPA refrigerant certifications for technicians. + Generate and distribute refrigerant usage reports to internal teams and customers. + Monitor compliance with fire extinguisher and electrical glove requirements. + Maintain up-to-date customer equipment lists. + Stay informed on EPA regulations and safety certification requirements. Technician Onboarding & Training: + Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new field technicians. + Deliver training on company systems, including MobileTech, XOI, Asset Panda, and workflow tools. + Facilitate orientation on payroll, policies, safety, and operational procedures. + Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Safety, and Service Coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding process. + Maintain onboarding schedules, materials, and documentation. + Track technician progress and readiness for field deployment. + Provide refresher training and ongoing system support as needed. Qualifications: + Associate degree or 3–5 years of relevant administrative, training, or compliance experience. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). + Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. + Familiarity with HVAC industry systems (MobileTech, XOI, Asset Panda, WennSoft) is a plus. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records with accuracy.
