Onboarding Coordinator
Job Description Support end-to-end contractor onboarding and troubleshooting processes across platforms like VNDLY, Airtable, Sailpoint, and other technologies while improving workflows and ensuring data consistency. Will also facilitate cross-functional coordination through meetings, documentation and support for Infosec, Tech Services, and the XDev team.  Executing all onboarding (inputting all data from vendors into XDev AT and VNDLY)  Managing all troubleshooting  When necessary - cataloging troubleshooting issues and working closely with tech services department to find patterns and to improve structural, repeated tech issues  Running recurring IT onboarding sync meeting  Running weekly onboarding meeting  Communicate important IT vendor updates via vendor slack channels.  Onboarding Process Improvement (IT, VNDLY, Airtable, Sailpoint)  Supporting Quality Reviews  Support XDev team members with triage tasks  Documentation projects o Templatizing Documents  Data parity and organization across multiple platforms  Support Infosec, CWO, and Tech Services Relationship  Internal & external partner communications  Managing relationships and special projects between Ex Dev and internal partners - CWO and Tech Services specifically  Running recurring IT onboarding sync meeting  Running weekly onboarding meeting  Communicate important vendor updates via vendor slack channels.  Support XDev team members with triage tasks.  Data entry and data validation of XDev contracts, vendors, and contractors  Supporting implementation of Airtable process through automation  Supporting the budgeting process alongside the XDev Team We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Proven experience supporting end-to-end contractor onboarding processes across platforms such as VNDLY, Airtable, Sailpoint, and other enterprise technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, document, and escalate recurring technical issues in collaboration with Tech Services. Demonstrated ability to manage and improve onboarding workflows, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency across multiple systems. Experience facilitating cross-functional coordination through recurring meetings, documentation, and stakeholder engagement with teams such as Infosec, Tech Services, and External Development (XDev). Proficiency in managing and maintaining data integrity across platforms, including data entry, validation, and parity checks. Skilled in running recurring syncs and onboarding meetings and communicating updates via Slack or other collaboration tools. Ability to support documentation initiatives, including templatizing documents and maintaining onboarding knowledge bases. Familiarity with quality review processes and triage support for onboarding and vendor-related tasks. Experience supporting budgeting processes and automation initiatives, particularly within Airtable or similar platforms. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
