On-Site Shipping Representative

To support our Operations Department, for the soonest possible start we are looking for an On-Site Shipping Representative based in NLD - Schiphol-Oost, Netherlands

 

Position Responsibilities:

You check the daily shipping schedule and plan and prioritize the daily work schedule in consultation with other warehouse team members to meet customer delivery requirements.

You monitor our inventory levels for specific logistics warehouses based on predefined inventory targets and established work procedures.

You ensure compliance with all associated QM procedures.

You take on regular interaction with internal and external customers.

You work directly with sales to ensure the processing of orders and customer inquiries.

You are responsible for setting and meeting target goals so that all customer orders are processed according to customer expectations.

You participate in projects for continuous improvement and implementation of operational standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

You have successfully completed your vocational training primarily as a specialist in warehouse logistics, warehouse operator, or similar.

You have initial experience in a comparable position and industry.

You are willing to work at the customer site in Amsterdam.

You enjoy daily customer contact and working independently.

You have good analytical skills and the ability to create relevant reports.

 

Basic Qualifications:

You have very good English skills in both spoken and written form, as well as a good understanding of the Dutch language.

You are proficient in using common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
