On-Site Agile Coach

We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of Agile practices across a large-scale, in-house software development initiative. This is a unique opportunity to shape the Agile culture and delivery framework from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide agility. We can pay somewhere between $45 - $65/hour for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Agile frameworks tailored to the organizations needs (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile principles and best practices
- Lead and/or facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- Establish and optimize Jira workflows, boards, and reporting to support Agile delivery
- Partner with leadership to define Agile metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
- Identify organizational impediments to Agile adoption and work collaboratively to remove them
- Lead Agile maturity assessments and develop roadmaps for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation
