**Job Description:**
Arrow is excited to offer recent university graduates the opportunity to join our Early Career On-Ramp Program. Designed to discover the next generation of Arrow’s talent, to guide innovation forward. This **accelerated development program** helps bridge the gap for recent college graduates joining the professional world via curriculum including soft skills training, One Arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
This unique program blends on-the-job training with structured professional development, allowing you to learn essential skills needed to thrive within an organization while participating in a targeted development program that will advance your professional soft skills and business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include:
+ Responsible for pre-sales technical support and assisting sales staff and external customers by running and verifying complex configurations on hardware and software.
+ Provide pre-sales technical support to and run/verify complex configurations for internal sales staff and external customers on hardware and software.
+ Answer routine technical questions for resellers and sales reps.
+ Configure/validate basic and complex requests from resellers, making simple product enhancement suggestions.
+ Acquire and maintain required vendor certifications.
__ **_This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)_**

**What We Are Looking For:**
+ Recent bachelors degree graduates (preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, etc.) with 0-2 years of post-collegiate professional experience
+ Experience or knowledge of CRM softwares (Salesforce preferred)
+ Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
+ Results driven and self-starting individual
+ Business-fluent English (oral & written)
+ Able to build influential relationships, passionate about helping others, curious about technology, and savvy with systems (MS Office Suite)

**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$78,000.00 - $85,800.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
