The Role
Our team is looking for a dynamic On-line Customer Mktg Specialist with a passion for driving impactful communication strategies across both online and offline channels. This role will play a pivotal part in coordinating key visuals for communication that resonate within eTail and Retail environments while supporting product launches and growing sales through optimized execution.
You will help plan the assets and information required for marketing our products and campaigns across all channels including our own sites, retail/etail partners, and data feeds that provide content for marketing and advertising opportunities. The specialist will also help drive improvements in content localizations and optimizations.
The Specialist has a particular focus on initiatives that leverage marketing technologies to enhance performance across sales regions. This includes, but is not limited to managing global Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and email marketing.
You will be the central point of coordination for developing, implementing, and maintaining best-in-class communication assets that amplify Logitech’s presence across key partners and selling platforms.
The key to this role is figuring out how we balance content creation for our wide variety of products with a consistent experience for our customers regardless of where they engage with our brands and products.

Coordinate Visual Content Creation:
Act as the primary contact for communication visuals across etail (online platforms) and retail (brick-and-mortar stores).
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual representation across all channels in alignment with company’s standards.
Launch Excellence:
Coordinate eMerchandising for key customers across NPIs and active product categories. You focus on operational excellence but also recommend what needs to be done to fine-tune processes.
Coordinate with regional Project, Etail and Category managers to build an optimized GTM and ePOS toolkit for every new product introduction
Secure availability and implementation of content and assets, covering basic content (ATF images, text) as well as rich BTF content (syndicated and manual pages)
Set up new products with etailers, ensuring that products are launched on time with best-in-class content
Update brands stores with new content
Develop recommendations on how to improve our NPI process
Content Optimization:
Continuously refine product pages and offline assets to maximize impact across top etail platforms and retail locations.
Audit and optimize SEO content for digital channels while driving brand recognition.
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of visual communication assets across etail, providing recommendations for improvement.
Execute change requests from Marketing & Category team and Key Account Managers
Get in touch with customers directly in order to set up, maintain, and improve product pages content
Improve SEO: auditing and adding keywords, rewording text (titles, bullet points)
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with regional market teams, category managers, content strategists, and analytics specialists to execute a holistic GTM strategy.
Work with external partners, retailers, and agencies to ensure consistent execution and impactful representation online and offline.
Engage key account teams and customer marketing teams directly to tailor visual communication tools to various selling environments.
Brand Protection & Process Optimization:
Partner with internal teams to prevent brand violations and proactively flag concerns regarding asset misuse.
Identify opportunities to refine GTM processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in delivering communication visuals.

Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English is a must, any other major language is a plus: Spanish
Travel: The role may require occasional travel for customer meeting
Ideally, you also have previous experience and/or skills in the following areas:
Digital Marketing & eCommerce
Working with larger organizations and with various stakeholders
Working with retailers and/or online marketplaces : omnichannel, pure players
Managed PIM; CMS; CRM
