Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and driven On Demand Labeling (ODL) Manager LATAM to play a critical role in advancing our company’s growth through the management of ODL projects, customer partnerships, and regional expansion. This position combines strategic development with operational execution, ensuring that innovative labeling solutions are successfully deployed across Latin America.
As a key member of the ODL team, you will partner closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate new technologies, oversee machinery deployment, and ensure smooth execution of client projects. Responsibilities
Market & Business Development
Collaborate with LATAM Commercial Leadership to assess market potential, identify opportunities, and execute strategies to expand ODL adoption across accounts and territories.
Conduct market research to evaluate trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to inform regional strategy.
Support the development and tracking of new business opportunities, presenting updates to both LATAM and global teams.
Partner with commercial teams to review and commercialize new machine technologies and identify opportunities for client adoption.
Technology & Machinery Deployment
New Technology Evaluation: Research and analyze emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and determine feasibility for integration.
Machinery Deployment Management: Lead the selection and deployment of machinery, ensuring alignment with technical, material, and brand requirements, while driving global standardization where possible.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate on-site physical testing of new machines and programs to ensure full functionality before client implementation.
Machinery Acquisition & Logistics: Manage purchasing processes and oversee logistics, ensuring timely delivery and installation at client sites through collaboration with the Customer Service (CS) team.
Project & Client Leadership
New Business Projects: Direct the early phases of new business proposals by providing technical expertise and strategic input.
Client Support: Ensure clients have access to required machinery, whether via consignment or direct purchase, preparing quotations and supporting deployment as needed.
Consignment Contract & Asset Management: Lead the creation, execution, and follow-up of consignment contracts, ensuring proper tracking until successful deployment at client facilities.
Safety Stock & Spare Parts: Develop and implement a LATAM hub warehouse strategy (e.g., Mexico) to maintain safety stock of spare parts and machines, supporting client operations.
Financial & Contract Management
Conduct detailed financial analysis to ensure viability of new projects and machinery deployments.
Lead internal approval processes, prepare LATAM-level contracts, and manage negotiations with clients.
Oversee financial aspects of consignment agreements and machinery purchases.
Partner with Finance on E&O (Excess & Obsolete) management and establish processes to avoid unnecessary write-offs of spare parts.
Operations & Governance
Inventory Leadership: Oversee LATAM-wide physical inventory of consignment and deployed machinery, ensuring system updates accurately reflect client site assets.
Audit Compliance: Follow up on corporate audit requirements, ensuring processes and actions are clearly defined, understood, and executed by the regional team.
Provide regular reporting and insights to LATAM leadership and global ODL teams on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in machinery deployment, project management, or customer account expansion, ideally within industrial, packaging, or labeling solutions.
Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to bridge operational detail and strategic growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong client and internal relationships.
Strong analytical skills to conduct financial analysis, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with CRM, project management tools, and market research platforms.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel within LATAM as needed to support client and project needs.
