On-Call Trainee, Mobility

We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented On-Call Trainee, Energy Storage Mobility team.
 
The position is Temporary until end of April 2026 and the preferred location is in Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland. As an On-Call Trainee, your working time can vary between 0-25 hours / week. The person who is selected for this role needs to be a full-time student studying for a degree in Finland.   
 
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global mobility, cross-border assignments and business travels with guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals in international working environment!  
 
What you will be doing: 
 
You’ll be supporting cross-border assignments making sure timely and smooth transition of employees across borders while following the defined compliance and quality requirements, such as regulations tied to taxation, labour law, social security and immigration.
 
You’ll be coordinating cross-border site assignment’s documentation while considering GDPR and other applicable regulations. 
 
You’ll participate for example in preparing country and/or project-specific clarifications, processes, and updates as well as country assessments. 
You’ll guide business travellers.
 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
 

Pursuing degree for example in Law, Economics or Business (preferably at least 40-60% completed) in University or University of Applied Sciences in Finland Readiness to familiarize oneself with complex legal frameworks Fluent in English, with other language skills considered as an advantage (e.g. Finnish, Swedish, French, Spanish) Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Customer service mindset Team-oriented approach with ability to work independently Interest in global mobility, site assignments and business travel
