The Philosophy On-Air Guest will serve as the face and voice of the Philosophy brand on QVC, bringing the brand’s story, products, and values to life for millions of viewers. This role requires a confident, engaging on-air presence with the ability to educate, inspire, and convert viewers into loyal customers. The On-Air Guest is a trusted brand ambassador who combines deep product knowledge with exceptional storytelling and sales skills to drive results.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our on air guest for philosophy at QVC you are responsible for

Delivering high-energy, authentic presentations that connect emotionally with QVC’s audience. Meeting or exceeding sales targets for assigned shows. Embodying the Philosophy brand values of grace, gratitude, and well-being in every appearance.

 

To serve as the on-camera brand ambassador for Philosophy, delivering engaging, informative, and sales-driving live product presentations on QVC that educate viewers, convey the brand’s story, and inspire purchases.

 

In other words — their #1 job is to sell Philosophy products on air while staying true to the brand’s voice and values.

 

Your main focus:

Represent the Philosophy brand live on QVC broadcasts, showcasing products in a compelling and authentic way. Present product features, benefits, and usage tips clearly and persuasively while aligning with the brand’s tone and philosophy. Share brand heritage, key ingredients, and unique selling points to educate and inspire viewers. Collaborate closely with QVC show hosts to create dynamic and engaging conversations. Demonstrate products on air and explain usage techniques to maximize customer confidence and satisfaction. Stay current on new product launches, core assortment, and marketing priorities. Provide feedback to the brand and QVC teams regarding customer responses, sales trends, and on-air performance. Maintain a polished, camera-ready appearance that reflects the Philosophy brand image.

The team consists of “philosophy on air guest for QVC” working closely together with several departments such as marketing, R&D, global teams, etc). All your colleagues are incredibly team driven and able to run their own business within the QVC team to deliver the results all while in an extremely fast paced, show results driven environment of sales.

Essential:


Must be able to be in person at QVC studios in west Chester Pennsylvania. QVC is a live television shopping channel with two broadcast channels and multiple livestream platforms.

QVC Main Channel (QVC1): Live broadcasts QVC2: Live broadcasts & encore presentations


Programming runs 7 days a week, 364 days a year in Eastern Standard Time, including daytime, prime time, overnights, weekends, and holidays (excluding Christmas Day).

 

Position Summary:

The Philosophy On-Air Guest will be the face of the Philosophy brand on QVC, serving as the on-camera brand and product expert. This role’s primary responsibility is to inspire and drive sales through compelling, knowledgeable, and authentic product presentations, achieving assigned sales goals and dollar-per-minute productivity targets.

Represent the Philosophy brand on live QVC and QVC2 broadcasts (in-studio and via Skype). Conduct live selling on QVC.com livestreams (via Skype and occasional in-studio segments). Present products with deep knowledge of features, benefits, and usage, while conveying the brand’s heritage and values. Collaborate with QVC hosts to deliver engaging, sales-focused presentations. Create and post social media content to connect with customers and extend the on-air message (Facebook, Instagram). Participate in promotional and product feature recordings for marketing purposes. Maintain a professional, camera-ready appearance that aligns with the Philosophy brand image.

 

Must be available for all airtime/programming hours, including:

Prime time: 6 PM – Midnight EST Overnight: 1 AM, 2 AM EST Daytime: 7 AM – 5 PM EST Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Holidays: All holidays except Christmas Day Flexibility for short-notice schedule changes and multiple time slots per day/week.

 

Desirable:

Consistently delivering engaging, sales-focused presentations that connect with QVC’s audience. Achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals and productivity metrics. Building lasting customer relationships and loyalty through both on-air and social engagement.

Base Salary Range: $130-150K Annually + 25% Sales Incentive
