As an OMT Planning Integration Senior Engineer, you will hold a crucial position in our manufacturing operations situated in Taiwan. Responsibilities:Develop and carry out extensive capacity, capital, and scenario planning to meet production requirements.Lead cross-functional teams to determine and implement flawless program management processes.Collaborate with departments to ensure the successful integration of planning strategies.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize production efficiency.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, capital planning, and scenario planning.Strong cross-functional management and program management skills.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Knowledge of advanced planning tools and software.Demonstrated ability to lead ambitious projects to successful completion.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
