✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nResponsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis.\nEnsure the operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and is in line with the operational budget.\nTo lead planning with Operations, Agency and recruitment around specific periods, e.g Peak, Easter, Christmas, Sporting Events.\nTo use the Resource Planning Model to produce quarterly plans and communicate them to the wider team.\nCoordinate activities for the Site Resource Planning Manager in terms of planning Performance Reviews, 121 meetings.\nTo co-ordinate the headcount plan with Site Resource Planning Manager on an ongoing basis.\nTo monitor and validate the quality of the information received from the Resource Planning Model and challenge accordingly.\nAssist in the development and provision of KPI reports to the Operational Team on a daily and weekly basis.\nEnsure accuracy of resource against volume throughputs.\nCollection of current daily/weekly data to assist with historic trend analysis.\nMonitor Colleague performance on a real time basis and report anomalies accordingly.\n\n

\n\nSound education or equivalent in core subjects\nHigh level of IT literacy, Advanced skill level essential • Advance numeric and analytical skills\nAbility to produce statistical data and analyse reports • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to follow work procedures\nGood interpersonal, motivational and planning skills • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written\nPositive, Focussed, Can do Attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion • Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.\n\n
