As an Omnichannel Customer Manager II, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic digital marketing initiatives tailored to our Omnichannel retail partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in extending our in-store strategies seamlessly to the digital shelf, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience across channels.
With a strong foundation in digital shelf best practices and a keen digital acumen, you'll lead the charge in directing and coordinating strategic digital marketing activities. From syndication to search, analytics to display, and merchandising, you'll serve as the center of excellence for all things digital commerce.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing media budgets, profitability, promotion strategies, media campaigns, merchandising efforts, research initiatives, and customer digital commerce plans for our key retail partners. Your strategic insights and collaborative approach will drive digital commerce sales and enhance the share of McCormick's portfolio of brands in the digital space.
You will work closely with the field sales team to develop annual plans that incorporate digital marketing and selling opportunities, aiming to achieve sales growth targets. Additionally, you will independently identify opportunities for optimization with your retailer and across the omnichannel landscape, ensuring that leadership and key stakeholders are consistently informed of progress and insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage annual budgets for digital commerce at key retailers Identify and implement annual digital commerce plans for key retailers Foster and manage relationships with key retailer’s ecommerce, digital, and shopper marketing contacts Ensure Digital Shelf accuracy and optimization with key retailers Participate in account calls and presentations in support of digital/e-Commerce, omni shopper programs Leads analysis and annual planning for all Digital, shopper and E-Commerce Marketing events at key retailers Proactively recommend strategies for leveraging underperforming trade and national shopper marketing funds Provide strategic and tactical coordination with retail media vendors and partner with cross functional Shopper, Search Media & Analytics Team Develop and delivers business presentations to customers and senior leadership Coordinates with internal stakeholders to align retailer digital commerce plans with National brand and media strategies Assess and monitor the effectiveness of digital programs and incorporate digital media evaluation into Retailer Scorecards and MMA where feasible Serve as the ecommerce and omnichannel digital commerce expert for Field Sales and key retailers Drive strategy and delivery for a key digital workstream across all priority omnichannel retailers (i.e., analytics, creative, content, etc.) with no leadership or support Deliver quarterly business results to senior marketing and sales leadership teams, offering insights into drivers/detractors and making recommendations based on results and industry standards Attend customer meetings and industry conferences/share groups to share insights and drive digital advancement Assist with in-market delivery of annual planning strategies to deliver net sales and profit growth targets Proactively collaborate with cross-functional digital commerce teams on digital road mapping, capability building and implementation of capabilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or closely-related business discipline 6 years Sales, Marketing, or related experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing customer base within Digital/Shopper/E-Commerce Sales Strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action Expertise in leading mid-sized projects, supporting field sales initiatives with customer Flexibility, prioritization, and working in a collaborative environment are essential. Strong understanding of data analysis, financial analysis, and business planning. Proficient in data manipulation, scorecard creation, and a fundamental understanding of business impact. Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Expert Project Management skills Strong written communication and presentation skills. Understanding of Digital CPG/Retail Media online grocery industry sector and competitive landscape required Experience with working with Content Service Providers, Digital Shelf Analytics Tools and Digital Commerce data analysis Detailed knowledge of Retail Media, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, Online Grocery, Digital Media Management, Digital Shelf Analytics

As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.
Base Salary: $103,520 - 181,150.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
