Job Description:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or relevant field of study preferredWork Experiences:
Experience in ecommerce, brand management, marketing, buying, retail, or relevant areaSkills:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to negotiate effectively with internal and external cross functional partnersAnalytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skillsSelf-motivated and highly curious, with the ability to work on multiple projectsLeads by example and models a passion for the businessDemonstrates a proactive and solution orientated styleHighly organized with the ability to understand strategic priorities while maintaining high attention to detailExperience in Microstrategy, Google Analytics, and/or business analytics preferredResponsibilities:
Partners with ecommerce merchandising team in the development and execution of: expanded online assortments, marketing, taxonomy, and searchAssists ecommerce merchandisers with obtaining information regarding new trends and products from key suppliers/vendorsPartners with support teams with new item set up, launches, and promotional eventsDevelops thorough understanding of category performance, trends, and competitive assortment, and pricingDrives improvement in the performance of the site and helps execute projects and initiatives to further enhance the shopping experienceCommunicates and collaborates with key cross-functional stakeholders to support traffic & sales driving strategies and the best possible customer experienceConducts competitive research to recognize trends and provides recommendations based on findings to cross functional groupsParticipates in daily creative thinking and problem solvingInformally shares appreciation and feedback to improve the performance of othersDevelop a thorough understanding of Academy’s policies, procedures and safety rulesAbility to remain flexible & innovative; Duties may change and team member may be required to take on additional projects and/or tasks within Omnichannel merchandisingPhysical Requirements & Attendance
