Omni Shopper Marketing Specialist

The Omni Shopper Marketing Specialist will help drive the business by executing best in class shopper marketing programs with our top retailers for our Mars Food & Nutrition Brands. The Omni Shopper Marketing Specialist will also lead e-commerce content development and content syndication. Lastly, this role will serve as the liaison to our Canadian Omni team. This role will work closely with our internal and external partners.
What are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in Shopper marketing and/or Digital marketingBachelor’s degree required in marketing or business-related field preferred, MBA degree nice to haveExperience working in a cross functional matrix organizationPrevious experience supporting two or more diverse functions including Sales, Shopper Marketing or Insights within a Consumer Package Goods company is preferred.Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office SuiteProficient and experience with syndicated data (AC Nielsen / IRI / Spectra/Retail Link preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skillsStakeholder managementWhat would be your key responsibilities?
Create Omni Shopper Marketing solutions that deliver profitable sales growth for the customer. These solutions should include shopper expertise and insights across products/assortment, placement and everyday shelving, pricing, promotions and merchandisingInfluence Annual Account Business Planning by partnering with sales account managers and providing actionable shopper insights and solutions that support growth objectives for the customer, company and categoryWork with our retail media agency on retail media strategy and execution for our key customersMonitor and analyze program performance metrics and efficiently communicate key findings of programs to Sales and other cross-functionalsEffectively manage relationships with internal cross-functional teams, agency partners, and others to execute programsManage the e-commerce content creation process across our portfolio of brands ensuring images and copy are in adherence to PDS best practices.Support NAMs in uploading content and images into customer portals where syndication is not applicable.Maintain data syncing to customers in Salsify and maintain data pipeline between Aprimo, Salsify & Syndigo.Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development and website updates in coordination with SEO goalsWhat can you expect from Mars?

The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 81,944.00 - USD 112,669.00
