The PositionKey Responsibilities
Enables a network of (senior) experts to directly or indirectly influence others to achieve results in a complex environment, potentially operating in above country models.
Responsible for lead event business partners to achieve EME team ambition and strategies
Strong leadership for coaching, development and engagement of teams.
Enable team members playing as qualified business partner to support business and medical affairs strategy implemented and provide professional consultant and excellent event (including promotion, non-promotion, GSD project and internal meetings) operation in event E2E management.
Support to drive event effectiveness fully implemented, and boost & support business and medical affairs achieving patient outcomes base on the well understanding of the needs and feedback from key stakeholders.
Drive mid/ long term ambitions, define and track business/ medical affairs / profitability objectives and outcomes, through enabling strategy and event resources allocation, event data insight, and E2E event management.
Ensure fully transparency and confirm all events and meetings to comply with compliance, company policy and SOP.
Be responsible for support to manage corporate mega event with internal and external team, e.g. leadership forum、annual meeting and cycle meetings.
Be proactive in communications, earlier understandings and follow-ups with cross functions. To lead and/or participate in cross functional projects, influencing senior stakeholders to adopt a new approach rather than the existing approaches enhancement.

Entrepreneurial and growth mindset required as well as good stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor degree with major in marketing, business, or science, and master preferred
6+ years’ experience in process and project management
5+ years’ experience in event, meeting and project management
5+ years’ experience in team management and coaching
Business acumen and solid business knowledge in pharma industry
PMP and Six Sigma certificate Black Belt will be a plus.
