Job Description

This role is responsible for providing customer service to customers in OM branches. The primary function is to assist customers in navigating the digital customer service platform and to assist customers to submit specified transactions via the digital platforms.

• Will assist with managing queues and reducing pressure on Branch staff.• Will assist customers on digitally enabled device with their requested digitally enabled transaction:o Providing reading informationo Self-service guidanceo Submission process through customer’s own or branch self-service device (where applicableo Call centre detailsMinimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate or Equivalent NQF 4Competencies: Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and customer-focused approachCommunication: Excellent verbal skillsProblem-Solving: Quick and effective issue resolutionSituational Awareness: Observant and responsive to customer needsTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital processesPhysical Stamina: Ability to stand and perform physical tasksFlexibility: Willingness to work varied shiftsMulti-lingual: English and another language
