Job Description
To lead, manage and grow Alliance Banking partnerships by retaining andexpanding these relationships. Ensure Alliance Banking partners are serviced
efficiently and that the Alliance Partners themselves remain compliant with the
Bank's requirements. The role requires active collaboration and integration of the Bank's bank office support function and the Alliance Partners. To ensure that operational costs are managed effectively and drive new income streams through cross selling and solutioning business opportunities.
Defines, develops and leads the implementation and execution of a partnership strategy to drive inorganic growth, product innovation and diversification to enhance the organisation’s presence and reputation for specialty insurance products within the market. Builds strong networks and maintains strategic partnerships in the Banking ecosystem.

Participate in the development of corporate strategy for a
small local organization, applying functional expertise to test
the viability of the strategy and contributing creative ideas
and insights to support the strategy formation process.

Lead the development of partnering relationships with senior
executives throughout the organization, building high levels

Conduct the most-complex feasibility studies from a
technological and organizational perspective and document
findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing
changes to business processes, products, or business unit
structure.

Participate in formulating the strategy to manage net present
value (NPV) analysis on candidates (product pipeline).
Perform business case development, financial modeling, and
accounting and valuation analyses, incorporating probability,
time, cost, budget impacts, and returns, to allow for optimal
strategic and investment decision-making. Support to
prioritize and close key deals of strategic and/or financial
significance for the company.
Financial Modeling | FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING | FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
Undertake strategic and tactical financial analysis, modeling,
and evaluation to support business leaders in their decision making.
Partnership Deal Management (incl. Mergers & Acquisitions) | LOGISTICS/SUPPLY CHAIN | PURCHASING/PROCUREMENT
Participate in formulating the strategy to prepare and
prioritize the finalization, closing, and management of deals,
such as partnerships, collaborations, and mergers and
acquisitions. Manage deal structuring, term sheet and
contract development, terms and deal negotiation, and deal
execution. Lead executed deal handover, including
postmortem analysis and formal meeting, to transition each
deal to business owners, sponsors, and alliance
management, as needed.
Strategic Partnering | EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT | GENERAL
Drive strategic plans for strategic partnering, focusing on
innovative partner identification, relationship building
techniques, and partnership agreement negotiations.
Financial Risk Management | FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING | RISK MANAGEMENT
Lead the financial risk management strategy within a
function, seeking the optimal balance of risk and return.
Industry Awareness and External Network | GENERAL | INNOVATION
Create and manage internal and external partnerships,
connecting different internal stakeholders and departments
to innovators in the ecosystem. Set the strategy for market
research within the innovation space, ensuring insights and
opportunities are communicated to the right level.

Manage all organization's financial reporting for one or more
