Oliver Wyman is now looking to hire a Regional Lead of Inclusion, Culture and Wellbeing for our India Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region!
Job Overview:
We are seeking an IMEA Senior Lead Inclusion & Culture to lead our initiatives in fostering an inclusive, engaging and high performance workplace culture across the IMEA region. This role demands a deep understanding of the consulting industry and the cultural dynamics that drive success across diverse markets and offices. You will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic plans that enhance employee wellbeing, promote cultural sensitivity, and drive engagement throughout the organization. As a thought leader in inclusion, culture, and wellbeing, you will create impactful programs and initiatives tailored for various audiences. You will ensure that our organizational culture reflects our commitment to our core values through relevant change management and communication plans being rolled out accordingly. Additionally, you will ensure that regional initiatives align with the Oliver Wyman global strategy, whilst also identifying and implementing best practices that resonate locally. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute the IMEA Regional Inclusion & Culture Strategy
Design and implement strategic initiatives grounded in the local context of IMEA as a region, incorporating local norms, sensitivities and legislation
Foster a culture of inclusion with a focus on modeling inclusive behaviours at the top and building psychological safety
Engage with senior leadership to identify challenges and create solutions and initiatives that drive engagement and retention
Conduct regular assessments of company culture and employee engagement to identify areas for improvement and track progress
Ensure alignment of the regional strategy with OW’s Global People strategy
Define KPIs for each initiative in order to track progress
Thought Leadership in Inclusion & Culture
Serve as a thought leader on best practices around inclusion and culture, staying informed on trends and innovations in these areas (e.g. neurodiversity, Gen Z, AI, flexible working, gender,…)
Create and deliver executive-level presentations and reports that communicate key insights, strategies, and recommendations to various stakeholders
Through expertise and strong stakeholder management become sought out as the “go-to” person in IMEA for all Inclusion, Culture and Wellbeing topics
Enhance Organizational Culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives into all aspects of the employee experience across markets
Champion cultural sensitivity and empathy within the organization, ensuring that diverse perspectives are valued and included in decision-making processes
Collaborate on training and development programs with the L&D team that promote understanding and appreciation of diverse backgrounds and experiences among employees
Operational Excellence and Change Management
Analyze current processes and workflows related to inclusion and culture to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations
Implement change management strategies to effectively communicate and execute cultural initiatives across the region
Track and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, utilizing data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Support Executive Leadership
Provide analytical and operational support to senior leadership in the areas of inclusion and culture
Prepare executive documents and presentations that summarize key findings and insights, tailored to different audiences
Ensure timely delivery of materials and analyses, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively
Team Management
Provide direction and leadership to a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Oversee the performance of team members, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback to drive professional development
Establish clear objectives for team members to align with organizational strategy and personal goals
Act as a mentor to team members, offering guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression
Be viewed collaboratively by the broader global I&C and PE community
Experience and Skills required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: 10
years’ experience in a strategic leadership/change management or consulting role, with a strong understanding of the IMEA region; experience in the field of Inclusion, Belonging, Culture Management and Wellbeing is a must.
