Job Overview:
This role provides high-value, senior-level executive assistant (EA) support to the high-functioning Global Property & Casualty (P&C) and Operations Executive Team, comprised of the Global P&C Leader/Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Chief of Staff for Global P&C and Operations, and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Global P&C and Operations. An integral member of the team.
The selected candidate will work in close collaboration across the team and with other key stakeholders to further advancement of critical practice goals and initiatives to ensure seamless operations and effective communication through superior senior executive administrative support.
This a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior C-suite-level senior executive administrative support to a high-functioning senior team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Collaborate positively and productively as part of a high-performing, service-oriented executive team to support leaders and achieve audacious Practice and firm growth goals and priorities.
Strategically manage Global P&C Leader/COO and Chief of Staff calendars to maximize efficiency and impact, including scheduling recurring and frequent meetings with other senior-level executives and clients across multiple time-zones.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Global Head of P&C/COO and Chief of Staff managing relationships with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and edit documents as needed.
Manage administrative activities, including but not limited to arranging complex domestic and international travel and accommodations, preparing and processing expense reports, arranging visas, and arranging logistics and catering for internal and external meetings in different locations and geographies.
Support administrative projects or pieces of broader strategic projects as requested.
Provide coverage and back-up support to other Executive Assistants supporting C-Level executives.
Partner with team members to help drive engagement, support onboarding, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive team culture

Experience Required:
At least five years of experience working as an executive assistant supporting senior executives, with experience supporting the C-suite preferred.
Experience in management consulting firm or similar industry is preferred but not required.
Experience successfully coordinating complex projects and meetings across geographies and time zones in service to a global team and ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion effectively.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Advanced proficiency with online scheduling platforms, including Zoom and Teams.
Knowledge of Salesforce with a willingness to learn.
Facility with learning new systems and using search engines to find answers.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
