Job Overview:

As the Regional Presentation Studio Manager, you are a senior leader overseeing presentation teams across your region. Your focus is on strategic management, aligning regional operations with organizational goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet client expectations. You act as a key liaison with regional leadership, including the regional COO, gathering client input, integrating feedback, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. While maintaining some hands-on involvement, your primary responsibility is to manage and align the region’s resources, workflows, and creative outputs with the organization’s broader vision.

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in our Mexico City office. There is no option to be fully remote.

Expectations:

1) Branding

Serve as the regional advocate for the brand, ensuring outputs consistently align with global brand guidelines and standards.

Work closely with regional leadership and the global branding team to adapt brand strategies to address local nuances while maintaining consistency.

2) Process

Develop and implement regional workflows that enable efficient project delivery while fostering collaboration across teams.

Continuously assess processes to identify inefficiencies, standardize best practices, and drive regional consistency.

3) Project Management

Oversee regional resource allocation and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet organizational and client expectations.

Resolve high-level escalations and challenges, collaborating with leadership and clients to maintain satisfaction and operational efficiency.

4) Production

Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality outputs across all teams, maintaining alignment with client needs and organizational standards.

Support teams on high-impact regional projects, providing oversight and guidance to ensure excellence.

5) Creative Competency

Promote innovative and audience-focused storytelling in presentations, ensuring outputs align with strategic goals and regional objectives.

Encourage creative teams to explore new approaches while adhering to brand guidelines.

6) Innovation & Adaptability

Champion the integration of emerging tools and methodologies to future-proof regional operations and improve team efficiency.

Adapt regional workflows to align with evolving organizational priorities and client needs.

7) Communication

Serve as the primary regional point of contact, effectively communicating priorities and strategies with teams, clients, and senior leadership.

Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including the COO, ensuring alignment and collaboration on operational goals.

8) Soliciting Opinion

Actively gather client feedback to refine workflows, improve outputs, and ensure client satisfaction at a regional level.

Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation based on team insights.

9) Leadership

Mentor team leads and managers, fostering professional growth and encouraging accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Establish clear performance expectations across the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional priorities.

10) Culture

Foster a culture of growth, creativity, and advancement across the region, emphasizing collaboration and continuous learning.

Celebrate achievements and promote knowledge-sharing to strengthen team morale and cohesion.

11) Ethics & Compliance

Ensure all regional outputs adhere to organizational, legal, and ethical standards, including intellectual property, accessibility, and data security requirements.

Proactively address compliance risks, maintaining transparency and adherence to policies.

12) AI

Drive the adoption of AI tools across the region to improve resource management, workflow efficiency, and creative outputs.

Provide training and guidance to teams on the effective use of AI, ensuring ethical implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills:
