Role Overview:

As Regional Operations Manager for the Presentation Studio, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our regional presentation design team. Your focus will be on applying creative operations best practices to ensure a smooth, efficient, and scalable workflow. You’ll work hand in hand with your global peers to align processes, raise service quality, and deliver consistent, high-quality results across all regions. This is a leadership role with regional ownership and global collaboration at its core.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all presentation design work in your region, ensuring operational excellence through streamlined processes, optimal resource allocation, and effective project coordination.

Global Collaboration: Actively partner with regional counterparts and the global operations team to align on ways of working, service standards, and strategic priorities.

Process & Service Consistency: Drive adoption of shared processes and tools across the region to ensure consistent service delivery and global output quality.

Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics and team performance, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring needs are understood, timelines are met, and expectations are managed proactively.

Team Enablement: Directly manage the regional team leads within the presentation studio, providing guidance, support, and clear expectations. Ensure they are set up for success in leading their teams by driving accountability, coaching on performance, and facilitating collaboration across regions. Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development efforts to build a strong, high-performing team structure.

Problem Solving: Address operational roadblocks with a solutions-oriented mindset, working closely with creative, traffic, and project management colleagues to resolve issues swiftly and constructively.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in creative operations, studio management, or production operations, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.

Experience managing distributed teams or collaborating across regions and time zones.

Strong understanding of presentation design workflows and creative project lifecycles.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and lead through collaboration.

A proactive, process-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvements.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Your region’s presentation team consistently delivers high-quality work on time and within scope.

Team members feel supported and are able to focus on creative output rather than process friction.

Global peers view you as a strong and reliable partner.

You elevate regional performance through scalable solutions, not just short-term fixes.
