This role can be based out of our Gurugram or Mumbai office.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated recruitment professional to support our hiring efforts across India. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for candidates at all levels, help shape our recruitment strategy with a focus on India and collaborate closely with our recruiting team.
This is a unique growth opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced market, with direct exposure to our Partners and senior internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple searches, with focus on experienced hire-level hires
Independently drive and execute recruiting for Entry Level in India, supporting other regions when needed
Design and implement innovative, India-specific strategies to attract, engage, and secure the best talent
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates
Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
Oversee the internal employee referral program, ensuring timely responses and proper candidate tracking
Initiate and own special projects related to recruiting process improvements, training, and other human capital initiatives
Analyse and evaluate recruiting season results, including survey data, source and diversity statistics, and business feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative changes to recruiting practices periodically
Experience Required:
At least 6+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment
Experience in hiring across all levels
Experience working in professional services or other client-driven environments in India
Proven track record in hiring talent within strategy consulting, good knowledge of market trends, competitors, and general talent availability across India
Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across a dynamic and complex matrix structure
Experience developing and utilizing analytics to make sound recommendations and decisions
Skills and Attributes:
Outstanding organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills, high attention to detail and ability to convey a narrative through the use of data and research
Strong sense of ownership and experience proactively taking initiative, collaboratively driving strategy, using sound judgment to prioritize requests, and working with minimal direction
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Creative, proactive, and adaptable with an ability to drive change
Open-minded and see change as an opportunity rather than a challenge
