What You’ll Do
You’ll support the Internal Communications team by helping us plan, create, and activate a range of regional and global initiatives. Your day-to-day could include:
Drafting and formatting internal content — from newsletters and intranet pages to “Town Hall” (all staff event) PowerPoint slides and social postsCreating compelling visual messaging — such as PowerPoint presentation designs, email banner design and editing short-form videosHelping us plan and run live events (virtual and hybrid)Managing content on internal channels such as Microsoft Viva Engage and Microsoft TeamsStorytelling through metrics: creating reports and dashboards using data gleaned e.g. from ExcelSupporting the tech side of internal comms by escalating platform issues and troubleshooting when neededAssisting with scheduling, logistics, meeting notes, onboarding sessions, and digital filingGetting involved in creative brainstorms, team initiatives, and ad-hoc requestsWhat We’re Looking For
This is a junior role, so we are looking for someone with relevant experience and a strong desire to learn and grow. We’re seeking candidates who bring some or most of the following skills, along with a willingness to develop the rest:
First-rate English writing and editing skillsFamiliarity with design/video tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similarStrong data and analytics capabilities: confident building dashboards and using performance data to shape strategyWorking knowledge of AI tools to support content creation, analysis, or automationAround two years’ experience in internal communications or digital marketingA curious and proactive mindset, comfortable learning new systems and toolsExperience using Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, and SharePointAn organised approach to project coordination and a genuine enthusiasm for teamworkWhat can we offer you?
