The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Content Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology and creativity to join our digital marketing team. You will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our digital presence, with a special emphasis on website content management using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As an organized self-starter, you will be the subject matter expert driving best practices in web content and AI adoption, ensuring our marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly across digital platforms. Collaboration is central to our culture, and you will partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital solutions that reflect our brand and values. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to make an impact within a supportive, innovative, and globally distributed team.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office, and fully onsite in the first 3 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the build, update, and optimization of website content and digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Serve as the primary resource for technical website content questions, providing support and guidance to colleagues working on AEM.Review incoming content requests, clarify project requirements, and coordinate resources across Design and Technology to ensure seamless campaign launches.Maintain and optimize the website to ensure functionality, performance, and security while implementing updates and resolving any technical issues.Analyze website performance and user behavior and implement web personalization strategies using tools like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.Regularly perform site audits using digital tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, and SiteImprove; triage issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation as necessary.Develop and maintain content tagging taxonomy to optimize searchability, discoverability, and consistency of digital assets across the website.Provide training and continual support for team members on AEM functionalities, developing user-friendly documentation, and leading onboarding sessions.Continuously look for opportunities to innovate and enhance website management processes, using AI and keeping up with industry trends and platform updates.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or web content management in a B2B or agency environment, ideally with hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Content Management Systems (CMS) using web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with debugging tools and methodologies.Proficiency with content management systems (preferably AEM), familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Semrush, SiteImprove), and project management applications (Monday.com or equivalent).Understanding of AEM concepts, including live copy, language copy, experience fragments, and content fragments is a plus.Solid understanding of SEO principles, website analytics, and digital content best practices.Understanding of web analytics concepts and experience using analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with web personalization and A/B testing techniques and tools, with a preference for Adobe Target.Demonstrated project management skills: able to prioritize, multitask, and deliver high-quality work proactively and efficiently.Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and a willingness to mentor and support team members from diverse backgrounds.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Highly organized, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment.Fluent in spoken and written English.
