Some CollegeThe Boys Director of Coaching is responsible for cultivating a love of the game and providing an environment that creates a positive culture and promotes coach and player development. The Director will be responsible for providing continuity for the overall soccer experience for players, coaches, and parents consistent with the Club's mission and vision.
The Boys Director of Coaching is a full-time, salaried position for NYSA (Oklahoma Celtic). • Be on-site during all programs with additional time as needed • Recruit, direct, and supervise the Boys coaching staff • Develop, operate, and oversee Boys club programs regarding coaching and player development. • Assist the Board of Directors in planning the future direction and structure of the Club and promoting the interest of the Club at all times.
Experience in a Director role (not necessarily Boys DOC role), but previous Boys DOC experience is preferred. Minimum 'B' License
Must be legally able to live and work in the United States. The club can't facilitate sponsoring a potential candidate.
