Location: Offshore (Remote) Experience: 2-4 years Engagement Type: Full-Time  About the Role: Smartbridge is looking for a Power BI Developer to develop interactive dashboards and reports that enable business intelligence and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL. Responsibilities: + Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. + Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling. + Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors. + Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures. + Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements. Technical Skills Required: + Power BI Desktop & Service (Dashboard & Report development). + DAX & Power Query (M Language). + SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or other relational databases for ETL. + Data modeling (star schema, performance optimization in Power BI). + Experience with Power Automate integration (preferred). + Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus. Additional Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. + Microsoft Power BI certification preferred. + Experience in Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus. + 100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST. + 3-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation.
