We are working with a national operator to source an Offshore Logistic Coordinator. This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis. Please see details below.
Title: Offshore Logistic Coordinator
Start Date: ASAP (typically within 1 month notice)
Location: Doha Onshore/Offshore
Working Schedule: As per project requirements

HSE
• Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy.
• Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes.

• Create an environment in which a focus on value awareness is developed and constantly think in terms of cost/benefit trade-off.

Operations Management
• Reporting offshore logistic activities.
• Maintain MP offshore rotation plan requests and liaise with Onshore Personnel Log for changes follow up.
• Dawinci focal point to support all chopper movements with CTR/MP including verification of Dawinci documentation.
• Conduct the safe offloading and loading of materials as well as the safe transfer of personnel on and off supply vessels.
• Record and monitor shipping/good & CCU movements using client approved documentation and IT systems with approved procedures and guidelines
• Review of CTR’s Plan for day-to-day cargo operations: MR request, vendor delivery, loading and offloading of cargo and vessel movements.
• Review inbound and outbound cargo manifest and ensure effective communication with CPY offshore team.
• Review with CTR the Material Master Report and participate to prioritize offshore delivery.
• Daily communication with Onshore CPY Log team, CTR Offshore Log Coordinator.
• Liaising with MP agents for PAX offshore mobilization based on Rota Plan.
• POB verification & compliance with daily reporting.
• Participate in the change of planning of logistics operations according to urgencies and non-planned events on site while ensuring coordination with other entities.
• Facilitate inter-field transfers based on requirements.
• Ensure site material reception is performed according to planned material delivery from CONTRACTOR or Vendor
• Coordinate functional support within MP business such as SAP, Kabal and any required business tools.
• Coordinate with client Logistics base for the movement of material through the client Logistics base or if OPS require movement of material through CTR’s base if required.
Reporting
• Daily Logistics Movements
• Personnel tracking: delay in mobilization, monitoring problems.
• Material register, monitoring OSD & NCR, Fuel Consumption, CCU & Temp Equipment Tracking
• Weekly activities report to Lead, Projects Logistics
--Minimum Requirements--
Qualifications
• Diploma
Experience Required
• Logistics operations with Minimum 06 years’ experience in Logistics for Offshore Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects and Construction)
• Operational Position, need to be constantly on the Field, Decision making, urgencies.
• Good knowledge of Logistics means involved in the Oil and Gas activity (Marine Vessels, Lifting Handling Equipment) and international standards linked to Lifting Handling, Marine Transportation and HSE
• Adaptability, Problem solving, Communication skills with numerous entities, flexible and firm in terms of Respect of HSE rules.
• English fluent.
