Job DescriptionResponsible as SAP system role expert. Maintaining and implementing any SAP upgrade.Responsible in training others regards to SAP workflow.Responsible for COGI handling for ASA Hub.Lead in SAP/WMS improvement activities.Lead in process continuous improvement activities such as daily section meeting, Point CIP activities, Bosch Production System (BPS) projects etc.Setting of standards for SAP/WMS workflow.Work closely with other functions and overseas teams for enhancement to SAP/WMS system.Responsible for ASA Hub Inventory management, movement and accuracy by leading periodical inventory count and related activities.Lead in inventory accuracy improvement activities.Monitor External Warehouse LSP’s KPI performance and recommending improvement activities.Lead in monitoring and analysis to external warehouse storage capacity and capability.Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

QualificationsDegree in any discipline with related working experience.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics Operation and/or SAP/WMS role expertMust be computer literature – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Exposure and experience to SAP or WMS.Exposure and experience in 3PL Warehousing Management background.Independent and mature mindset.Project leadership and communication skill at all levels, with internal or external contact.Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.Self-Motivate and high disciplinePossess positive attitude and mindsetResults OrientationCooperation / Foster TeamworkFlexible - Be flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProcess Compliance
