We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To provide high quality document checking and investigation for FCY/RMB Cross-border outward/inward payments within the specified SLA’s according to local regulatory requirement; and to ensure smooth running of FCY/RMB Cross-border daily operations.

-To comply with the requirement of group policies and standards, procedures and local regulations with prudent manner and high level risk control sense.

-To ensure the accurate, efficient and high quality services delivered to business partners and customers.

-To complete other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to.

-To minimize customer complaints and handling them in an effective and professional way.
