The KYC Operations Intmd Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

In this role, you’re expected to:

Ensure production of accurate and standardized reporting with key insightsProvide ongoing support and enhancement relating to reporting deliverablesAssist with Ad hoc data and reporting requests from seniors/peers within SMB KYC Quality functionMaintain dashboards and on demand reporting to leadership teamPrepare presentations for senior-management that appropriately communicate data-driven results to executivesOwn/Lead departmental projects / initiatives as requestedRepresentation in various local / regional forums, as requiredMulti-task and work independentlyWork to tight deadlines as part of a teamInteract with Auditors, Compliance and Independent Control Groups as requiredGood attention to detail while focused on deliveryWork on several initiatives concurrently and cope with changes in prioritiesPrepare daily /Weekly MISPopulation managementHandling Stakeholders quires related to MetricsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Bachelor’s/University degree Good English communication skills (written and verbal).A proven track record with at least 2-4 years of relevant reporting, Metrics/MIS experienceProficiency at consolidating data from numerous sources to create presentations for all levels of management and other stakeholdersSignificant experience working with Excel, MS Office tools (including SharePoint), and other tools related to queries and data managementSome Operations experience desirableGlobal experience would be beneficialExhibit good written and verbal communication skills.Possess the ability to work with various Stakeholders/Senior management and build and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to manage team level processes and deliver presentationsAbility to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointStrong analytical and time management skills, excellent attention to detail
