**Job Description:**
_This role is responsible for being the first point of client contact for trade and supply chain finance product onboarding and maintenance solutions. These individuals are responsible for handling end to end customer implementations under the Setup Trade Clients process and ensuring engagement of internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Mangers, Product Managers, Compliance, Technology and Operations) as appropriate. This position includes aspects of trade finance client onboarding, technical implementation and testing, and customized client solutions. The candidate should be an experienced professional and mid-level contributor able to work with senior leaders and quickly adapt to changes in process, requirements, and product offerings._
**Responsibilities:**
+ _Implements standard/common trade and supply chain finance product requests for clients._
+ _Monitors progress of implementation and/or end-to-end resolution as applicable._
+ _Responds to implementation requests received through workflow systems, email, and questions from internal partners or clients._
+ _Conducts research using various bank systems to enable response to client questions and inquiries._
+ _Responsible for acting as the primary interface with the client to establish all connectivity between organizations._
+ _Organizes all internal and external activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process related to trade finance products, services, and technology solutions._
+ _Manage dedicated service mailbox._
+ _Prioritize client requests, track, and implement eligible items._
+ _Perform CashPro Trade client setups, establish data transmission connectivity, and support file testing activities._
+ _Supports internal project requests related to the broader onboarding and implementation process._
+ _Facilitates client CashPro Trade client training for complex product requests._
**Skills:**
+ _Excellent client communication skills (written and verbal)._
+ _Ability to management timelines, display sound judgment, and identify points for escalation using active listening._
+ _Collaborative, experienced in working with business partners to achieve goals and successfully complete projects and initiatives._

**_Desired Qualifications:_**
+ _Background in Trade & Supply Chain Finance._
+ _Trade end to end process and trade products._
+ _Project management experience._
+ _Typically individual will have 2 to 4 years Trade experience._
