Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate daily activities of shipment distribution\nDirect and improve the operation flow within the warehouse\nTroubleshoot, solve ad-hoc and day-to-day operational issues\nProvide periodical report and data for next level’s discussion and further improvement plan.\nLiaise and communicate directly with supplier and customers on request for routine to complex needs\nLiaise with production and engineer for parts return and fulfillment activities\nPerform SAP transactions , system reconciliation for stock movement\nInventory Control and reconciliation\nResource deployment based on daily activities (Function: Inbound/ Outbound/ Issuing)\nProductivity tracking and improvement\nFollow up closely on Corrective and Preventive actions\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in logistics industry\nMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience\nExperienced working in a dynamic environment\nPossess strong warehousing experience in leading a team\nPrepared to be hands-on when the situation calls for it\nPossess good communication and interpersonal skills\nAdaptable, enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment\nComputer literate in MS Office and experienced in SAP/WMS would be an advantage\n
